Pin Shine Electronics International Co., Ltd (Pin Shine) is pleased to announce the appointment of Dr. Ni Jianjun as the CEO of Automotive and Industrial Controls Business Group of Pin Shine. Dr. Ni, with over 25 years of industry experience, is a seasoned expert in the automotive, consumer electronics, and smart manufacturing sectors. He has accumulated extensive experience in operations, market development, and comprehensive corporate management.
Throughout his career, Dr. Ni has held key positions at globally renowned companies, including TE Connectivity, Delphi, Federal-Mogul, Mettler-Toledo, as well as the Chinese listed company Xiamen Hualian Semiconductor Technology. As an executive with a unique blend of international perspectives and local market expertise, his roles have spanned sales & marketing, operations management, and senior leadership positions including as President and General Manager for China and Southeast Asia, and he has successfully led a company through an Initial Public Offering (IPO) process.
In his new role, Dr. Ni will be responsible for formulating group-level strategies, optimizing core business operations, and overseeing the growth and management of the Automotive and Industrial Controls Business Group’s global production base.
