The thermosetting phenolic resin is electrically insulating, has heat resistance of 400 ° C or higher, high strength and halogen-free flame retardant, and is widely used in transformer bobbins and mechanical components that require IR-Reflow. It has excellent strength and wear resistance, acid and alkali resistance, moisture resistance and dimensional stability after adding glass fiber. It is also used in automotive parts, mechanical components, structural parts, etc.
The difference between the injection machine of the thermosetting material and the general injection machine is the heating mode of the tube. Generally, the raw material in the injection machine is cooled and formed into the mold after heating up the tube and flow, and the thermosetting injection machine has the raw material in the tube, and heat it up to 60~105 °C, so that it can flow, and then the raw materials are injected into the mold, and then the mold is heated to 160~190 °C to make it mature and shape.
